Arkansas Supreme Court Library

The Arkansas Supreme Court Library, created by the Supreme Court Library Act of 1851, serves the justices and staff of the Arkansas Supreme Court, the judges and staff of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and the various support staff located within the Justice Building, 625 Marshall Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. The library is also open to the general public, from 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday (closed state holidays). 

The library participates as a selective depository in the federal government document program; the library also participates in the Arkansas state government depository program. Public computer terminals are provided for Internet access, including these subscription databases WESTLAW, LexisNexis, and HeinOnline. Library materials (with rare exception) do not circulate outside the Justice Building.

There is no fee to use the library. A charge is made for photocopies.
