I now provide you with a copy of the eleven essay questions, accompanied by what the examiners perceive to be the "top" paper in each subject area. As we discussed, the Board of Law Examiners harbors concern that the provision of these examples may be misinterpreted by those who read them.
Accordingly, the Board has adopted qualifying language which is attached to the front of the packet of questions and answers.
I ask that your office make the explanatory cover sheet available to anybody who may review the enclosed materials.
Likewise, when you forward your packets on to Lynn Foster and Glen-Peter Ahlers, as well as William Hein & Co., please include with that mailing this correspondence along with the explanatory cover sheet.
The assistance of all involved will, I believe, lead to a better understanding as to the function to be served by these "top" papers.
As always, I thank you for your generous cooperation with this endeavor.
Best Regards,
Christopher Thomas,
