A Message from Chief Justice Jim Hannah of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Thank you for visiting the web page of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Educators are welcome to bring students to visit the Justice Building and to watch oral arguments before the Arkansas Supreme Court. Oral Arguments are held in the courtroom of the Justice Building, 625 Marshall, Little Rock, AR, and begin at 9:00 A.M. each Thursday, September through June.
